Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Asynchrone Space, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to access it by any means other than the interfaces we provide, or by using it to store or share unlawful content.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe Checkout. A subscription renews automatically at the interval and price shown before you pay, until you cancel it; you can cancel or change the payment method at any time from the billing settings, and access continues until the end of the paid period. Taxes are calculated by Stripe from your billing address and shown before you pay. Except where the law requires otherwise, amounts already paid are not refunded.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if required to protect the service or other users.

When an agreement ends, the data processing agreement at asynchrone.space/legal/dpa governs how personal data is returned and deleted. A workspace owner can also delete a workspace from the settings, after a 30-day grace period during which the deletion can be cancelled.
